DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BIG! FIT! OR BOTH?
Through out the coarse of my lifting career I have been torn between the decision to gain mass and get "big" or to cut down and get ripped or "fit." I would do what most lifters would do which is cycle my lifts, having a period of gaining mass and a period of cutting weight, trying to somehow meet in the middle. With my new strength and conditioning program I am revolutionizing how you lift weights. I want to get you "big" and "fit" at the same time. The basic concept of getting big is to lift heavy weight and few reps. The basic concept for cutting weight is to lift light weight and complete a lot of reps.
