My name is Ryan Doty. I am a certified personal trainer through the american fitness professional association. I have been training in home, gym sessions, and online sessions for the past years. I have been lifting weights for about 6 years and I have been involved in sports my entire life. I focused my training on "sport related workouts" for the first 4 years. Over the past 2 years, I have evolved my workouts to more of a "sculpting" approach, which focuses on shaping the body yet still working on strength and conditioning. By incorporating these aspects, I have built my strength and have shaped my body in the way I desire.
